- Got our safety tests back - if you got LESS THAN 40/50 you need to do your test corrections & write 3 paragraphs to demonstrate that you understand what lab safety is.
- Did the Acids and Bases Song!! Did you get all of the blank spaces filled in? That song can help you know and understand pH and acids and bases!
- Had a homework check - what do you need to do to get 10/10 on homework checks?
- Watched Planet Earth and did a journal entry about what makes a good/or healthy ecosystem. What does a healthy ecosystem look like? Do we have healthy ecosystems around Calgary? Due Wednesday.
- If you did not finish your homework, you need to get caught up. We will go over the check and reflects on Wednesday.

- Watched a video about rainbows & wrote a journal entry about "what kind of science" we saw in it. Your journal entry should be in your journal duotang.
- Got a worksheet on variables & observations - due TUESDAY.
- Watched a "rap" video about the Hadron Particle Smasher. Then we watched a National Geographic video about the smasher & the results of today's big experiment. What are they doing & why?
- Got 7 more vocabulary words, due TUESDAY. Don't forget you need to include the term, definition (in your own words), a picture, & a sentence that uses the term correctly.
